For many years, Mr. Turner has blended his public and governmental
relations skills with his legal expertise to assist clients with difficult business and regulatory issues. Mr. Turner is well known for his successful representation of clients in the legal areas of healthcare, finance, business, corporate, real estate, property rights, zoning and land use. Mr. Turner retired from the practice of law in March 2022 and now provides services in a paralegal/consultant capacity.
Prior to returning to private practice in 2008, Mr. Turner was Senior Vice
President and General Counsel of Loudoun Hospital Center and Senior Counsel to the Inova Health System (1997 - 2008), and was a partner in the law firm of Turner Parks & Herring (1979 - 1997).
