Jacqueline “Jackie” Harlow

Land Use Planner

          Jackie is a land use planner with over 15 years of public and private experience in Northern Virginia. Prior to working with Turner, Holden & Turner, Jackie worked as a Land Use Planner for Loudoun County Government in the Departments of Building and Development and Planning and Zoning. In 2004, she earned her Bachelors of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from East Carolina University and in 2013 earned her Masters of Public Administration from George Mason University. She lives in Lovettsville, Virginia with her husband and three children and has recently taken on the journey of homeschooling. Jackie loves woodworking, going on family adventures, trying new experiences and learning new skills.
